PlantCML Announces New Version Release of
Industry-Leading Incident Response Solution
Temecula, California – PlantCML, the
nation’s leader in mission-critical
communications systems, today announced the
latest release of Sentinel® Patriot™,
version 3.0. This fully featured, IP-enabled
incident response system offers even greater
redundancy and flexibility than its proven
predecessor.
Designed for multi- and single-site
PSAPs, as well as private safety
organizations, Sentinel Patriot includes a
full suite of call management features. It
delivers both wired and wireless services
and is Phase I and II wireless compliant.
Sentinel Patriot can also be bundled with
mapping, ALI database capabilities,
emergency notification and selective routing
for a customized solution.
Sentinel Patriot now offers its own PBX
solution, if needed, supporting today’s more
popular call-taking features and allowing
customers the benefit of purchasing a
pre-integrated solution. For clients with
their own PBX system in place, Sentinel
Patriot will (dependent upon the interface
capabilities of that solution) bring both
SIP and Tie Line integration into play. Four
different ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
schemes are also available with Sentinel
Patriot, providing a powerful combination
with sophisticated overflow call handling
for both 9-1-1 and admin calls.
Other important features include embedded
Instant Messaging (IM), optimizing
collaboration between emergency operators;
unified messaging, allowing voice messages
to be delivered as emails for ready access
and playback; and the support of VoIP I1 and
I2 calls.
Tim Fuller, PlantCML Chief Executive
Officer, says, “The release of Sentinel
Patriot version 3.0 only reinforces our
commitment to deliver products that are in
line with the continuing evolution of IT. We
know our customers must have the most
advanced and dependable solutions at hand,
and Sentinel Patriot equips them with one
more life-saving tool.”
