The Sentinel ECS-1000 Controller's built-in ACD queue manager keeps only the oldest call for any given ANI, ensuring repeat calls aren't in the queue at the same time; on wireless calls the queue manager recognizes the CPN, retaining distinct wireless calls even if they have the same pANI.

The Sentinel ECS-1000 Controller is compliant with Phase I and Phase II wireless E9-1-1, and can accept both 10-digit (pANI) and 20-digit (pANI + CPN) calls.
